SOS Fob is a lightweight, compact and waterproof lone working device. It deploys two key technologies: Global Positioning System (GPS) and Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM). Together, these enable the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) to locate a lone worker and communicate with them via Safe Hub in the event of an emergency. They can easily leave a Yellow Alert message at the touch of a button. And built-in motion and shock sensors support our reactive Worker Down feature.

Doubles up as identity card holder
Introducing the new SOS ID Badge from Twig, which offers another level of discreet, wearable protection to Safe Hub. It’s particularly suitable for NHS & healthcare employees, social workers and any customer-facing staff.
This slim and ultra-light device is easy to wear, using a clip or carrying strap. With Red Alert, Yellow Alert and Worker Down fitted as standard, the device provides a broad range of support options.
Wearable SOS Button
Simple, discreet, effective
SOS Button is ideal for staff in customer-facing roles, where uniform and clothing restrictions would prohibit a larger device. The device can be worn on the wrist, hung around the neck on a lanyard, worn on a clip, or simply kept in a pocket.
SOS Button is a simple device that triggers an emergency response. Once pressed, the button connects with the worker’s smartphone or computer app, and Safe Hub triggers a Red Alert which transmits directly to the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).

ProtectMe is a powerful GSM/GPS-enabled personal tracking device. Ideally suited to lone workers, the product is low-cost, durable and extremely easy to use. What’s more, it’s the most feature-rich dedicated device on the market and supports the full range of Safe Hub features.
ProtectMe’s screen allows users to choose their own safety interval on the proactive Safe Check feature. Additionally, in-built sensors raise an alert with the ARC via the reactive Worker Down feature if they detect a fall or impact.

SPOT X, the latest innovation from Globalstar, provides 2-way satellite messaging so lone workers can stay connected when they are in an area with poor or zero mobile signal. The device provides powerful communication in a crisis and allows the Safe Hub Alarm Receiving Centres (ARCs) to locate your workers if the worst happens.
Satellite device for use in remote areas
SPOT Gen3 is a satellite device that provides a critical, life-saving line of communication when ordinary phones won’t work. It’s an ideal solution for lone workers who travel into remote areas where mobile signals may be weak, intermittent or non-existent. Deploying GPS technology, the device automatically sends the user’s location information to the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) at 10-minute intervals.

Safe Hub can be completely customised for every client and each individual lone worker. Whichever device they use, lone workers’ system activity can be managed through one single interface.
The Safe Hub platform includes an easy-to-use web-based management system that supports an unlimited number of tailored staff profiles across multiple devices. Safe Hub allocates personal escalation and response protocols for each system user’s protection, according to their individual risk assessment. Different protection and monitoring features can be activated or de-activated as necessary, should an individual’s job function change. The system even allows for workers to have shared or pooled devices, to keep costs down and to offer maximum protection.
