Meet the Lone Worker Solutions Team
George Stavrinidis – Chief Executive Officer
George supports LWS clients to make sure they enjoy the most effective relationship with the LWS team to maximise the effectiveness of their investment. He leads the executive team and maintains a weather eye on industry developments in the areas of lone worker protection, legislation and technological developments.
George has worked in the IT industry since graduating with a BSc (Eng) in Computer Science from Imperial College, London. He has strong experience of leading teams that provide tailored IT solutions to both big and small clients through expert problem identification and delivery. George is a Non-Executive Director of several other high growth companies.
Steve White – Chief Technology Officer
Steve works closely with the technical development team and all LWS clients to ensure the effective deployment of LoneWorker Manager™, ensuring correct integration with existing and legacy systems, appropriate scalability and efficient systems operation.
Steve has over 25 years’ experience in developing and delivering business driven technology solutions including managed, outsourced and hosted IT & communication support services, cloud platform, application management and platform development, and business continuity solutions. In recent years Steve has led the team at Continum 42, a technology incubator created to bring about innovation across a number of different industries.
Rob Gilbert - Chief Sales Officer
Rob is responsible for introducing new clients to the benefits of the LWS integrated portfolio, and ensuring their experience is straightforward, simple and truly effective. His consultative, customer focussed approach means our clients have full access to every possible resource to achieve lasting, best-of-breed solutions and service excellence.
Rob is an expert in providing outsourced and managed services to companies of all sizes. Over the last 15 years, Rob has tailored and developed technology led solutions that enables organisations to reduce cost, streamline processes and minimise operational risks.
Colm Carton — Chief Operations Officer
Colm works in close collaboration with all of the department heads at Lone Worker Solutions, to ensure the smooth running of the business. He makes sure that the team has the best working environment and processes; implementing business guidelines and strategies to keep everything moving smoothly. With an extensive background in technical development planning and delivery, Colm joined the team in 2001.
As well as helping to deliver safety improvements for our client’s teams, Colm gives up his free time to volunteer with North West Blood Bikes Lancs & Lakes (NWBB). Blood Bikes is a fantastic charity where volunteers act as free out-of-hours couriers, transporting urgently needed medical supplies between hospitals.
