The Alarm Receiving Centre is a critical aspect of lone worker protection. Safe Hub is supported by Mitec, a state-of-the art Technology Centre and Category II Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). Category II means the ARC holds the BS5979 Gold Category II accreditation, the highest-possible award from the National Security Inspectorate in the UK. MiTec’s ARC operates around the clock and throughout the year, processing alerts from Safe Hub using the very latest voice and data communications technologies.
