We are delighted to announce that our NHS Supply Chain Framework agreement has been extended until 31 August 2022. The Framework covers our entire range of Safe Hub lone worker safety devices and apps. We were accepted onto the Framework for Electronic Assistive Technology Products in September 2018. Since then, a number of major NHS Trusts and associated bodies have taken the opportunity to deploy Safe Hub via the Framework. This includes Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust and Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Simpler procurement for healthcare organisations
The Framework Agreement was initially signed for a two-year period. NHS Supply Chain has decided to exercise its option to extend the term of the agreement for a further two years to 2022. Under the Framework, NHS and private healthcare organisations can easily procure our award-winning lone worker safety solutions, with call-off contracts for up to five years duration. Companies within the Framework must adhere to the high standards demanded by the NHS, for the benefit of all those under its care. Our presence in the NHS Framework is supported by our usual managed service approach. This enables Trusts to deploy quickly and easily at the lowest total cost, across a range of contract terms. Our simple and effective rollout programme for Safe Hub focuses on putting healthcare lone workers first as end-users of the system. To ensure they are completely comfortable with the features of Safe Hub, we break through the fear barrier at the outset with extensive training. Our dedicated account management team provides unparalleled back-up and support over the course of any contract. And as we further develop our range of products and services, Framework users will have access to the latest devices, platforms and integration options.
George Stavrinidis, Lone Worker Solutions Chief Executive Officer, said: “We’re so pleased that NHS Supply Chain has chosen to extend its existing Framework Agreement. We are hugely proud of the service which we offer to our NHS Trust clients, to protect their lone workers in their everyday work. We remain committed to offering value for money and delivering fully supported lone worker safety.”
