2016 has been an amazing year for Lone Worker Solutions. We expanded our platform to offer additional functionality and won our first major US client; utilities giant American Water. Contracts with a host of major organisations followed, such as Siemens, Vodafone, Essex County Council and Southdown Housing to name a few.
We began the year announcing the five-year contract award to provide lone worker protection for some of Northumbrian Water Group’s (NWG) 1,500 staff. And in November we won ‘Best Deployment of Lone Worker Technology’ at the 2016 Security and Fire Excellence Awards for that contract, as mentioned in the December edition of Health & Safety Matters Magazine.
2017 looks like being even more exciting as we continue to focus our efforts on providing the best lone worker protection on the market.

Prior to 2018, Safe Hub was called LoneWorker Manager, Safe Check was called Heartbeat, and Group Alert was called Broadcast Messaging. These updates reflect advancements in the platform and help to improve end-user comprehension.
